Elaine Pastor

President and Founder

Elaine immigrated to the United States in the 1970’s from Peru where she eventually came to reside in Erie, Pennsylvania. After attending Edinboro University, Elaine started employment with a northwestern Pennsylvania regional supplier of commercial janitorial services. Rising through the ranks, she became a branch manager and was responsible for the supplier’s largest client, a multi-billion-dollar business.

Following her involvement in the janitorial services industry, she joined an international brokerage firm, Assure Group International, where she led the firm’s international mineral acquisition division in South America for her international clients. In doing so, she supervised the collection and processing of minerals as well as international logistics operations.
